Apartments OAZA MARINKOVIC Family house in Dramalj, distance from sea 300 m (a few minutes on foot). The house contains three apartments. Apartment AP-1 has 70 m2 + terrace 44 m2 + balcony 10 m2. In the apartment there are two double bedrooms, a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. The apartment has two terraces with a large sun-shaded places and balcony with large tents. Apartment AP-2 has 50 m2 + terrace 12 m2. In the apartment there are two bedrooms with TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet, nice living and dining room with large windows and beautiful garden in front of the apartment. In one room there are two beds, and in the other two beds and a sofa. In garden in front of apartment is a table with chairs and a bag swinging. Apartment AP-3 has 25 m2 + terrace 10 m2 The apartment consists of one large room with two beds and a sofa, a complete mini-kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet. There is also a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. On the terrace you can prepare the food on a stove with an oven. In front of terrace is a landscaped garden with a multitude of Mediterranean plants and trees, which can be a resting place or a playground for children. Free internet access, satellite TV, washing machine, barbecue in the yard. Air conditioning on request. Parking is free and cars are protected from sunshine. The rooms are large and comfortable, the kitchens are fully equipped. The sea is amazingly visible. The garden is full of greenery, fruit trees and Mediterranean herbs. Close to the "Konzum" market is about 250 m away and very close are the "KONZUM" and "LIDL" super brands with excellent selection of food and other products and excellent prepared meals. The house is located in an extremely quiet area practically without traffic of motor vehicles. The town center is about 250 m away and the center of Crikvenica is about 2.5 km away.
